• Save, organize, and manage AI prompts
• Capture prompts from AI platforms using our browser extension
• Create collections and use variables in prompts
• Collaborate with team members (on applicable plans)
• Access your prompts across multiple devices

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 13 years of age
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription & Billing

4.1 Free Tier

Our free tier includes limited prompt storage with basic features. Free tier limitations may change at our discretion.

4.2 Paid Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout
• Payments are processed securely through our payment provider
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

4.3 Refunds

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within 14 days of purchase if you're unsatisfied with the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Store or share content that violates intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Share harmful, abusive, or objectionable content through the Service
• Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all prompts and content you create or upload to PromptAnthology. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

6.2 License to Us

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6.3 Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your content and ensuring you have the right to store and use it.

7. Browser Extension

Our browser extension:

• Requires certain permissions to capture prompts from AI platforms
• Only accesses data necessary for its core functionality
• Does not store or transmit your AI conversations
• May be updated automatically to improve functionality and security

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• Perform maintenance with or without notice
• Modify or discontinue features
• Experience outages due to factors beyond our control

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromptAnthology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will cease immediately
• You may request your data within 30 days of termination
• We may delete your data after 30 days

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PromptAnthology operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
